Winter in Cleveland *cue sad trombone sound* =not exactly prime photo season, so I get explore and do things I normally don’t have time to do during my busy season. Last week, I visited Rockefeller Park Greenhouse with my friend Katie and little 9-month-old Florence. This place is such a hidden gem. I had been meaning to check it out for awhile now because it actually makes a decent option for photoshoots. Also, how can I really call myself a certified crazy plant lady if I haven’t been to Cleveland’s historic greenhouse?! Um, and it’s completely FREE. We basically had the place all to ourselves on this Tuesday afternoon, and it was a perfect escape from the cold. I’ll take any respite from winter I can get by the time March rolls around. My favorite room was the cactus room.. probably because it was about 98 degrees with succulents on steroids. Definitely check this place out next time you need some extra fresh air and warmer climates. You might forget you’re in Ohio just for a second!
